Article Processing Charges (APC)

The CIT Review Journal (CRJ) (ISSN 2960-2831) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal published bi-annually (May and November) by the Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT), Tirana, Albania. To support high-quality publishing standards and ensure broad accessibility, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 70 EUR is applied to all manuscripts accepted for publication following peer review.

The APC contributes to the operational costs associated with:

  • Coordinating rigorous peer review
  • Copyediting and typesetting
  • Long-term digital archiving
  • General journal management and infrastructure

Payment & Invoicing:

Invoices are issued directly by the Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT) to the payment contact provided by the authors upon article acceptance. All payments are processed exclusively through official CIT channels, and the journal does not collaborate with third-party agents or external billing services. Payments are accepted only in Euros (EUR). The contact for billing and payment inquiries is Vice Editor-in-Chief, Kevin Bica, reachable at editorialoffice@cit.edu.al.

Funding Support:

Authors are encouraged to consult their institutions or funding bodies, as many research sponsors cover APCs for articles resulting from fundedprojects.

Manuscript Quality Expectations:

Submissions must be written in clear academic English and include well-prepared text, figures, and references. Authors are responsible for addressing reviewer comments and editorial feedback thoroughly and promptly. Failure to meet publication standards may result in delays or rejection.

Discounts & Institutional Agreements:

Discounts may be available for authors affiliated with institutions that have formal agreements with the journal. Further information will be communicated as applicable.
